Here's how it works:

  • We pick up most metal recyclables on site (some minimum quantities and geographical location parameters apply for pickup). Of course, you are also welcome to drop off materials here at our facility during regular business hours.
  • We provide bins, boxes, trailers, and more for your convenience.
  • You can choose from regularly scheduled pick-ups, or use us only on an as-needed basis.
  • Pick up within 48hours
  • We offer various methods of payment; you choose which works best for you: weekly, monthly, or by the load. You pick how we pay you.
  • Immediate price quotations over the phone
  • We use London Metal Exchange and Comex as market indicators for pricing
  • Inspection and/or consultation on any of your scrap needs and concerns by one of our experienced sales personnel
  • Free pickup service provided by our fleet of 12 modern trucks

Identifying Steel vs Aluminum

Iron/steel:

  • Is 3x heavier than aluminum
  • It is strong
  • Sticks to a magnet (test it with a magnet from your fridge!)
  • Will rust

Aluminum:

  • Doesn't rust
  • Does NOT draw a magnet
  • Does NOT throw sparks when ground with an angle grinder
  • Is quite light
